Welcome to the bdt39 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdt39 ("we", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using our platform, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 General Terms

3 Account Registration

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. bdt39 will not be held liable if any unauthorised person accesses your account.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be suspended and bonuses may be cancelled.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bdt39 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

4.4 Transaction Security

bdt39 uses SSL encryption to secure all financial transactions. However, bdt39 is not responsible for technical issues arising from the bank or mobile banking service itself.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or a ৳32,000 deposit earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not transferable to any individual.
• Bonus funds will be wagered first.
• bdt39 reserves the right to investigate if any bonus offer is suspected of being abused.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant offer page.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same device, IP address, or household are not accepted.

5.4 VIP Program

bdt39's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdt39 is committed to ensuring fair play. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating games through any software, bot, or automated tool.
• Collusion or playing in coordination with other players.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round or bet may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. bdt39 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors.

6.4 Sports Betting

In the case of sports betting, if a match is cancelled, abandoned, or a dispute arises over a referee's decision, bdt39 will determine the outcome of that bet at its own discretion. Odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final.

7 Responsible Gaming

bdt39 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We are committed to helping our members develop healthy gaming habits.

• Do not place bets beyond your own means.
• Do not view gaming as a source of income — it is a form of entertainment.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Make sure to withdraw all balances before closing the account. Bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bdt39

bdt39 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicion of illegal activity conducted through the account.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Failure to complete age verification.

8.3 Balance After Suspension

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, earned bonuses and bonus-related winnings may be forfeited. However, the remaining amount of legitimate personal deposits will generally be returned.

11 Limitation of Liability
